Martina serves as Managing Director and Head of Private Investments of Samhita and as Executive Board Member of Anemos.

Previously, she was a member of the investment teams of leading domestic and international funds, including Aksìa SGR, L Catterton and HLD. She has spent over 10 years in the private equity industry, completing several acquisitions in different sectors, including consumer goods, education, healthcare and ICT. During her career, she served as board member in several companies and as a club deal arranger of Italian venture capital acquisitions.

Martina holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, with a specific focus on private equity.
