CEO of Giubergia Warburg from 1992 to 1999, Paolo later founded the Kairos Group, where he served as President and CEO for over twenty years.

In 2019, after leaving Kairos, he founded Samhita, his own family office. Since 2005 he has led the Oliver Twist Foundation, committed to face the issues of youth hardship in Italy.
